- Physical products: Lavender goods shipped to your address or purchased in person at the farm.
- In-person/farm experiences: Farm visits, events, tastings, and activities hosted on our property.
- Digital products: Downloadable content such as guides, recipes, or digital gift cards.
All product descriptions are made in good faith. Colors may vary slightly due to natural variation in lavender products and screen display differences.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
4. Shipping
We ship physical products within the contiguous United States. Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at info@lagrangelavender.com. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
- Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
- Event tickets may be transferable but are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
- Perishable or consumable products cannot be returned once opened.
6. Farm Visits & Events
When visiting our farm or attending our events, guests agree to:
- Follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
